**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing dry wall, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, and replacing fixtures, equipment, and appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff.

**Salary**: From $19.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
