**Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe**
La mission de notre assistant est d’offrir à l’ensemble de nos clients un service à la clientèle hors pair, et ce dès leur premier contact avec notre clinique. Notre assistant offre également un support administratif à l’ensemble de l’équipe et il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les professionnels de la vue.
**Votre défi**
- Assurer un accueil chaleureux à notre clientèle en personne ou via les appels entrants.
- Réaliser des tests préparatoires à l’examen de la vue.
- Faire la gestion des agendas (prise de rendez-vous, rappel, confirmation téléphonique).
- Traiter la facturation.
- Possibilité de travailler conjointement avec la clinique Optométrie Vision du Lac.
