**Eyelash Extension and Brow Artist Job Tasks**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their desired lash and brow look.
- Provide professional recommendations based on the client's eye shape, natural lashes, and overall style preferences.
- **Eyelash Extensions Application**:

- **Brow Services**:

- Perform brow shaping, tinting, and other brow enhancement services as required.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to create symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing brow shapes.
- **Aftercare Advice**:

- Educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain the longevity and health of their lash extensions and brows.
- Recommend suitable products for home care and provide tips for maintaining the look between appointments.
- **Maintenance and Touch-ups**:

- Schedule and perform regular maintenance appointments for lash fills and brow touch-ups.
- Address any issues or concerns clients may have with their lashes or brows.
- **Studio Promotion**:

- Actively promote the studio and personal services on social media platforms.
- Engage with potential and existing clients online to build a strong client base and community.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest techniques and trends.
- **Studio Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies and inform management of any inventory needs.
- **Continued Education**:

- Stay informed about advancements in lash and brow techniques, products, and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied with their experience.
- Handle any client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 35 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
