The Finance Systems Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of new finance systems within the organization.
- Lead the entire finance systems implementation project, including planning, data gathering, uploading, validation and testing and successful completion.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance and usability of the finance systems post-implementation, gather feedback from users, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to drive continuous improvement.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the new finance systems effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems.
- Proven experience 5 years in project management and finance systems implementation.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
