Drainage Technician

**Residential Service Plumber, Drainage Technician**

Hilltop Plumbing and Heating, the top plumbing service company in White Rock, South Surrey for the last 50 years is looking to expand our team. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to help serve our rapidly expanding customer base.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Perform plumbing service calls, specifically ones related to drainage issues

- Valid drivers license
- Currently reside in the Lower Mainland of BC
- Fluent in English
- Red Seal Plumbing ticket (mandatory)
- Capable of operating drain cleaning machines, drain camera's and locators
- Knowledge of residential and commercial drainage systems
- Ability to operate small excavator is an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to troubleshoot sanitary and storm pumps and controls
- Great customer service skills
- Physically capable, able to lift 50 lbs and no current injuries
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the trade
- Able to work on call shift roughly every 8-10 weeks

**Salary**: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- White Rock, BC V4B 3Z3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (required)

Work Location: In person
