Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our team. As an Automotive Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' vehicles receive a flawless and aesthetically pleasing paint finish. You will work closely with our technicians and other team members to deliver the high standards of craftsmanship that our customers expect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces of vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture, ensuring a seamless match with the original finish.
- Follow quality control procedures to inspect finished work and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Maintain a clean and organized painting booth and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new painting techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a reputable auto body shop.
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment, including spray guns and drying lamps.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive painting is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
- Valid G license

**Salary**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
