**Length of term**:4 months (Summer 2023)

**Hybrid/Remote**: This co-op opportunity is voluntarily in person, remote or hybrid. If you decide remote or hybrid, you will be required to work within the province. Remote work outside of the province will not be a possibility.

The Insurance Financial Reporting and Analysis team is part of the Insurance Solutions Finance team and is responsible for providing value added sales reporting and analytics on our Insurance products.

**What will you do?**
- Prepare sales reporting and analytics
- Develop Tableau sales dashboards with effective visualization to identify meaningful trends and add value to our clients
- Supporting key projects and initiatives and driving assigned tasks to completion
- Contribute to teams goals by assisting management in achieving their objectives
- Re-engineering reporting structure to maximize efficiency to support growth
- Engagement in our formal problem solving process

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Working towards a post-secondary degree in business (Finance, Math or related field)
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot) and knowledge of Tableau, SAS EG, Python and/or SQL advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative, desire to learn and work independently
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet numerous deadlines
- Demonstrated passion in driving sustainable changes for better results and efficiency with a focus on continual process improvement.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
