**Job Title**

Manager, CM Finance Performance Management, QTS Advisory
- Prepare financial insights for CMOC, QTS OC, T&O Monthly BRD, GM Monthly MBR and Quarterly QBR for senior management to enable strategic decisions on investments, hiring and cost management. This spans both departmental expenditures as well as financial insights and advisory to the group’s interactions with other CM businesses on a recurring basis.
- Further enhance and build on Finance’s internal capabilities in cost reporting to further proliferate learnings and best practices across CM Finance’s Advisory teams.
- Perform select month end close activities.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from T&O Finance, CM Advisory teams and CM businesses to further add strategic value by leveraging deep insight.
- Create financial reporting to provide information on various perspectives of Capital Markets Technology Costs.
- Leverage knowledge of QTS business to provide deeper insight in financials utilizing driver-based analysis.
- Other Duties as required.

**Job Summary**
- Assist in advising key members of the Quantitative & Technology Services (QTS) leadership team; responsible for financial advisory.
- Build strong connectivity with the QTS business. Align efforts to support strategic initiatives and enhancing Finance’s partnership by leveraging deep insight of financials.
- Provide financial advice in the creation of a scalable reporting and analytics, with a specific focus on QTS impacted costs.
- Support continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in building CM Finance’s capabilities to support QTS’s strategic objectives around optimizing technology spend, resourcing and project prioritization.
- Enable strategic business decisions through financials analysis including Work Month Rate Analysis, Resourcing and Capital vs. NIE analysis for CM Businesses.
