**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at ClaimSecure Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of Agile project delivery in a DevOps environment. The role is primarily located in either of Greater Sudbury, ON, or Mississauga, ON.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and timelines.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define project scope.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and oversee project implementation.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Agile Certificated Practitioner (ACP) in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in this role
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and other related Microsoft tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Additional experience in a benefit field is an asset
- Post secondary education required
- Proficient in Business Analyst techniques is an asset
