**Job Summary**
- We are a growing company, currently seeking dedicated, adaptable individuals to join Grimco. Grimco is a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has been around for over 145 years with 50+ locations in the United States, 8 in Canada, and recent expansion into the United Kingdom. Never satisfied with the status quo and always hungry to learn more.We are hiring at our Toronto Branch for the hours of 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday.**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Pick and pick orders of sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks both by hand and using a forklift.
- Operate forklift and order picker.
- Ship and receive orders using appropriate shipping software.
- Receive and examine incoming material for discrepancies/damages.
- Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in.
- Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into ERP system.
- Use ERP system to track orders and answer questions for team members and customers.
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers with manifest information and work in order to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory.
- Perform duties using a safety-conscious attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving/general labour experience.
- Completed High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with ERP systems.
- Current Forklift and Order Picker certifications considered an asset. Training can be provided.
- Advanced/fluent skill levels of French or other languages are always a plus.
- Strong work ethic.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics**
- Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 50+ pounds on a frequent basis.
- Requires prolonged standing or walking and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
- Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
- Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
- Safety Conscious at all times
- Computer literate: Printing Tickets, Shipping Software, MS Office Suite, Internet Navigation, and ERP system experience.
- Interest in growing with Grimco - potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future, etc.
