**Job Summary**
As a
**Sample Processing Technician** for our team located in
**Senneville** (Ouest Island of Montreal), you will perform technical activities and follow directives from the study plan and procedures. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary
**responsibilities** include:

- Perform analysis, centrifugations, and decantation as well as perform data review
- Perform the quality control procedure and maintenances on the different instruments
- Ensures that the laboratories and work areas are clean and orderly
- Perform the activities in a timely fashion by adhering to preset schedules

- Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable

**Role Specific Information**:

- Location: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
- Salary: $19.50/hrs
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule: Weekdays, between Monday to Friday
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week

**About Safety Assessment**
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 120 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
