**What will you do?**
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our finished goods are correct and up to our quality standards. Additionally, you will assist our engineering and supply chain teams.
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate manufacturing processes
- Measure and record dimensions based on shop drawings to ensure precision
- Upload signed shop drawings and route cards to AX using a scanner
- Populate Inspection Test Plans and write reports per customer agreements
- Document non-conformances efficiently; partner with supervisors for continuous improvement
- Work alongside Engineering to inspect Routes, BOMs, and Drawings
- Assist in creating service manuals
- Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts of finished products
- Generate orders and transfer orders to other Martin facilities to fulfill back orders
- Perform weekly review of min/max levels to replenish finished inventory
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Assist in setting up the facility for customer training
- Organize and file purchase orders and transfer orders
- Utilize Microsoft AX and Microsoft Products for daily tasks
- Other duties as required
**Skills/Experience**:
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a team setting
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cohesively with others
- Thorough understanding of the use of measuring instruments and tools to the thousandth of an inch
- Sense of urgency, with the ability to take initiative
