The Talent Development & Management Business Partner Associate will support the execution of learning and performance-related business strategies. This includes working closely with the TDM managers, senior associates and key stakeholders in implementing the CPA Program in Canada. Primary responsibilities include: executing project plans to development learning and performance solutions. This position is responsible for the integrity of data in various tools, preparing reports, updates and communications, as well as assisting others through the development and implementation process for each program.

This position will work closely with the TDM team to ensure enterprise needs are addressed (and consistency across TDM, as appropriate.) Coordination with various departments and other resources within the organization is required.

**Position can be based anywhere in Canada.**

**Essential Duties**:

- Responsible for administering the CPA program across Canada, including administering the Common Final Examination (CFE) Summer Training Program such as: responding to stakeholders and students questions, preparing schedules, managing volunteer assignments (e.g. mentors, reviewers) when backups are needed, coordinating recognition events in collaboration with local resources and manage other tasks to time and quality standards. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Serve as a TDM liaison with employees, Talent and program stakeholders (e.g. markers, mentors, reviewers.) Responds to employee questions regarding development opportunities and basic compliance standards.
- Maintains and conducts preliminary analysis of key metrics (status reports) in appropriate summaries. Creates compliance reports for use by students in the program. Directs administration of document repositories and/or project SharePoint sites. Reviews recordkeeping to ensure compliance standards are met for assigned courses/conferences. Responsible for the integrity of data in systems used to manage learning and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Project Management certification is preferred.

**TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS**
Required:

- Knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong skills in these areas:

- Action oriented
- Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written)
- Problem solving
- Analytical
- Organizational and time management
- Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Facilitation/presentation skills
- Large event organization

**EXPERIENCE**:
Required:

- Two or three years of client service experience in (or supporting) Assurance, Tax or Consulting.
- Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development.
- Managing projects and stakeholders.
- Client service and issue resolution. Compiling and reviewing data to recommend business decisions.

Compensation Range: $57,500 - $87,000
