- _Direct and coordinate daily operations of the plant_
- _Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers_
- _Identify customers needs and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish_
- _Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance_
- _Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance_
- _Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times_
- _Screen, interview and manage the onboarding process of new hires_
- _Provide training and educational materials to staff as necessary_
- _Monitor equipment and ensure they are in good working order_
- _Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment_
- _Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production_
- _Create and maintain a production schedule_
- _Find ways to reduce production costs_
- _Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations_
- _Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees_
- **Key Skills**:_
- _Proven experience working in plant operations required_
- _Understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants_
- _Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues_
- _Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently_
- _Strong leadership and managerial attributes_
- _Strong knowledge of provincial and federal health and safety regulations_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
