**Responsibilities**:As a valued member of our team, your role will encompass a range of essential hair care services, including but not limited to:

- **Blowdrying/Brazilian Blowout**: Expertly styling hair to perfection.
- **Highlights/Lowlights/Balayage**: Showcasing your artistic flair through color enhancement techniques.
- **Curly/Straightening Perm**: Crafting gorgeous and long-lasting curls or sleek, straight styles.
- **Haircuts**: Precision cuts, layers, blunt styles, layered bangs, and more, tailored to your client's desires.
- **Color Correction**: Mastering the art of color correction for stunning transformations.
- **Washing and Drying**: Ensuring your clients leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
- **Maintaining Workspace**: Committing to impeccable cleanliness and sanitization standards.
- **Optional Expertise**: If you have a specialization in curly hair or unique hairstyles, we welcome and value your expertise.

- **Chair Rental**: Rent a chair in our salon and operate as an independent stylist, managing your schedule and clientele.

**Schedule**:For those renting a chair or working on a commission basis, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, putting you in control of your work-life balance.
