Edmonton, Canada Climate Control Reefer Service Inc. Full time

**Job Summary**

REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

Experienced heavy duty transport trailer mechanic.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Service & repair trailers and reefer units.
- Perform or assist with CVIP inspections on trailer units.
- Follow all safety regulations & maintain a clean work space.
- Maintain service trucks & keep parts stocked.
- Fill out work orders & charge parts out to customers.
- Work in a shop environment, and on site in customers yards.
- Work an on call rotation (automatic over time and double time for call outs)
- Work as part of a team towards the betterment of the company, and all individual employees.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience repairing various types of heavy duty trailers
- Good understanding of 12V electrical systems and air brake systems.
- Good understanding of use of various hand and air tools.
- Ability to weld using arc and mig welders, and to cut using acetylene torch and plasma cutter. *Will train.
- CVIP license an asset but not required. *Will be expected to obtain when possible.
- Ability to shuttle trailers in and out of shop bays an asset, but not required. *Will train.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair and refrigeration system repair an asset, but not required. *Will train

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
