Foreman Handyman

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of maintenance workers and assign them tasks
- Perform repair work on facilities, equipment, and fixtures
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train and develop maintenance staff

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions
