- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings, focusing on the rough-in phase for bathrooms and kitchens.
- Perform sewer lateral digs and repipes, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with plumbers and laborers to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to prevent future problems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Rough-In Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driving license and clean driver's abstract.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
