Ce que vous ferez
1. S’assurer que les processus de travail et d’urgence sécuritaires sont suivis : techniques de levage appropriées, propreté du secteur, évacuations, caisses en panne, codes d’urgence, vols.
2. Traiter les préoccupations des clients et des associés, et donner des conseils si nécessaire.
3. Surveiller l’ensemble des associés de l’aire des caisses en veillant à une bonne couverture, en coordonnant les pauses et en apportant une aide aux caisses périphériques.
4. Former les associés aux systèmes et aux procédures de l’entreprise : exactitude de la lecture optique, productivité, programmes et initiatives de l’entreprise, rabais, système SEA et sécurité.
5. Superviser les achats, les retours et les échanges, apporter son aide aux corrections d’erreurs, fournir les autorisations et vérifier si les processus sont conformes aux lignes directrices de l’entreprise.
6. S’assurer que tous les systèmes SEA fonctionnent conformément aux normes : démagnétiser la marchandise aux caisses, gérer adéquatement les problèmes à l’accueil, remplir le registre « Défaut de démagnétisation ».
7. Préparer les registres quotidiens d’ouverture et de fermeture; aider les caissiers à obtenir le fonds de caisse nécessaire; tenir à jour tous les montants d’argent et de fonds de caisse dans l’aire des caisses; soutenir le processus en vérifiant l’exactitude des caisses par des vérifications.
8. Superviser et faire la promotion de tous les programmes et initiatives de l’entreprise : service de carte de crédit, plan de protection Walmart, projets caritatifs et programmes de remise.
