Speedy transport is currently looking for a biller.

**Shifts**
- Night Shift - 5pm to 1:30pm

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Accurate matching of bills to the manifest.
- check-in driver’s paperwork/payroll to ensure compliance.
- Rating extra charges.
- Collect and help drivers with all necessary paperwork.
- Associated clerical duties.
- Communicate with operations, OS&D and rates.
- Requires routine clerical duties.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office is considered an **asset**.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Speedy transport est présentement à la recherche d'un facturier.

**Quarts**
- Quart de soir - de 17h à 1h30

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Relier les factures avec les manifestes.
- poste enregistrer les documents / la paie du conducteur pour assurer la conformité.
- Coder les extra-charges.
- Collecter et aider les chauffeurs avec la documentation.
- Tâches cléricales.
- Communiquer avec les opérations, OS&D et les taux.
- Nécessite des tâches de bureau courantes.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Capacité à communiquer efficacement tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide et sensible au temps.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe.
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les autres.
- Une expérience antérieure avec Microsoft Office est considérée comme un atout.
- Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis.
