The purpose of Tiny Hoppers Findlay Creek is to provide programming, which will benefit the child, the parent and the community. Our philosophy is to enable children to participate in a program designed to meet each child’s individual needs as well as their social, physical, emotional and cognitive development. The staff encourages and promotes language development throughout the program.

: Along with the other team members, plans and carries out age-appropriate programs in accordance with Emergent curriculum. Provide a physically safe and emotionally supportive environment showing sensitivity to the individual needs of the children in all aspects of their development.

Early Childhood Education Diploma/Child and youth worker or Recognized Equivalency - Member in good standing of the College of ECE’s (or in process of obtaining) - Minimum of two years’ experience in related field - Current Standard First Aid, CPR “C” - Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector not more than 6 months old. - High level of interpersonal and communication skills - Strong programming skills and good knowledge of child development - Ability to work in a team setting - Self-motivating and strong leadership skills - Organized; time management skills. - Salary and Benefits: $18 an hour +$2 (wage enhancement)+$1 government grant=$21

**Three weeks paid vacation after 1 year on top of 4% in lieu of on each pay**
