**Construction Crew Leader’s Role**: Our construction team installs creative and attractive solutions to clients’ landscape challenges. This position is an integral part of ensuring the success of our residential and commercial projects. Our crew leaders can picture a project from start to finish. They enjoy clear communication, teaching others and seeing their team succeed. Our crew leaders have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in their workmanship.

**What are the responsibilities?**
- Through meetings with the Project Manager, the crew leader will understand the scope of work, and will feel confident relaying the details to their team
- Express passion and creativity through their exceptional, quality work
- Positively encourage and manage their team to create an efficient and fun environment
- Carefully and safely operate tools and power equipment
- Embrace a learning environment, willingly participate in training and teach their team as needed

**What is required?**
- Reliable transportation
- G-Class Drivers License
- Professional hardscape experience (2-3 years)
- Experience in a crew lead or supervisory role, preferred

**What do we look for in you?**
- Proficient in hardscape practices (setting base, screeding, levelling, laying stone)
- Comfortable around power tools/small equipment. Skid steer or mini-excavator experience preferred
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Enjoys an active lifestyle, working outdoors
- Respectful and caring (to others, of policies, with equipment)
- Enjoys working with others

**Commitment**
Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturdays. Average 10 hours days
