Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary parts
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions using data entry systems
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify parts needs for equipment repairs
- Implement and optimize supply chain processes for efficient parts management
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and maintenance planning

**Skills**:

- Ability to fabricate or source parts as needed
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Proficiency in purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Experience with forklift operation for handling heavy parts
- Competency in data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance planning
- Strong sourcing capabilities to find reliable part suppliers

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
