The position is also open for individuals who did not go to college. Our promotion policy is based on performance rather than seniority/education. Your responsibilities will be:
Oversee and ensure proper handling of incoming calls/paperwork

Update and train the team on changes in the work environment

Conduct one-on-one and team meetings regularly

Lead and coach a team with varying experiences to make sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
