**Replenishment Buyer**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers, addressing any issues promptly.
- Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and other goods required for the production process.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable payment terms.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and availability of materials.
- Provide insights to management on market conditions that may impact procurement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- Arrange the time for receiving supplies to align with the warehouse capacity.
