**Customer Support**:
**KidsCanSwim Canada** is a locally owned and operated learn-to-swim school dedicated to teaching babies and kids, age 3 months to 13 years, how to swim in our purpose-built facilities. We are expanding locations, and our Centre Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As trusted members of the centre leadership team, Centre Coordinators empower team members to foster a welcoming environment that delivers an exceptional guest experience.
If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with parents and children, and can handle varied and competing priorities, this role is for you. You’ll create a supportive Centre atmosphere that promotes team development and ensures a welcoming experience for guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience**:
- Greet swimmers and their families at the front desk, take attendance, and orient new guests.
- Handle class transfers, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Process guest payments and follow up on unpaid balances.
- Ensure Centre cleanliness per KidsCanSwim Canada standards.
**Team Management**:
- Lead and train Front Desk Coordinators, ensuring they provide exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
- Monitor and ensure quality control in team performance.
- Keep team members updated on policy changes and new initiatives.
- Update training materials and onboard new team members.
- Address and escalate issues to the Centre Manager as needed.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Support the Centre Manager with special projects, meetings, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical room functions.
**Requirements**:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Intermediate understanding of the aquatic industry.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification (or willing to obtain).
**Additional Information**:
- Full-time position, requiring availability for both evenings and weekends.
