**Your Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and monitor billing on monthly basis
- Issues credit memos and statements as required
- Follow up with clients on account status
- Able to produce clear and concise cost reports and graphs. Generate cash flow reports as directed by the Cost Control Lead
- Exercises judgement in utilizing established procedures to complete tasks.
- Assists more experienced technical personnel with specific aspects of more complex tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- A college or university graduate -Accounting focus is preferred
- 2-4 years of related financial experience is considered an asset
- Experience with Tax filing is considered an asset
- Experience in a similar role, including Accounts Payable experience working in a professional environment is considered an asset, and have strong accounting skills and should be well acquainted with GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, confidence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with computer systems and software
- Ability to analyze information, determine discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Must be dependable and ensure that deadlines are maintained

**Additional Information**

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
