**Job Title**: Measurement Lead

**Location**: Carlyle or Weyburn, Saskatchewan

**Reports to**: Measurement Supervisor

**Employment Type**: Permanent, full-time

**Purpose**:
The Measurement Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining the measurement requirements for the SE SK operating area in accordance with Crescent Point standards as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Energy and Resources.

**Main Responsibilities & Activities**:

- Maintain field measurement schematics of all operating areas within SE Saskatchewan
- Validate, update, and maintain field data capture and SCADA systems
- Ensure new and existing measurement devices meet facility and measurement design standards, are properly configured, and validated, and are setup in maintenance systems
- Provide support for sampling and analysis and meter maintenance programs
- Validate, update, and maintain fuel/flare/vent, gas composition, density, shrinkage, meter and other factor data within measurement and reporting systems
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Production Accounting to assist with maintaining acceptable monthly balances
- Accountable for compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Provide relevant technical assistance for the Management of Change process and design reviews
- Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget input to the appropriate groups
- Assist in and/or supervise contract work within the Operations group troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, or making changes to existing infrastructure
- Effectively communicate and prioritize activities regarding PNG017 measurement requirements
- Review and remediate compliance assessment indicator items
- Assist with the enhanced production audit program

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Certified Instrumentation and Control Technician or Instrumentation Engineering Technologist
- Minimum 5+ years related experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of gas and liquid measurement design and standards
- Experience with Zedi, SCADA or other systems for oil and gas production, monitoring, and processing
- Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measurement systems
- Ability to work independently and initiate multiple priorities with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to learn and improve measurement
- Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
- Must have excellent decision-making capabilities and the ability to exercise good judgment
- Safety training up to date including: First Aid/CPR, H2S Alive, TDG/WHMIS and Fire Extinguisher Training and Defensive Driving
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
