**RYMAR Pro Builders** is a licensed, insured and family-owned home building company based in Kamloops B.C. We specialize in new home construction, foundations, framing, siding and interior finishing. We are a Licensed Residential Builder through BC Housing and provide 2/5/10 year new home warranty. We aim to be a top choice when selecting a home builder or general contractor and we pride ourselves on our hands on approach. We are committed to providing quality workmanship and professional customer service throughout all phases of a project.

We are currently looking to add a **Framing Carpenter **to our team. We are looking for individuals that are punctual, reliable, have a hard work ethic, and positive attitude. Duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand tools, power tools and general labour.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1+ years experience in the construction industry
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work safely and follow site specific safety regulations

The following qualifications would be considered an asset:

- Journeyman carpentry or red seal certification
- First Aid Certification, Fall Arrest, WHIMIS

Wage to be determined based on experience. Employees are required to have their own tool belt, basic hand tools.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
