We run a small beautiful resort called Belle de Nuit (Belledenuit.ca).FURNISHED LODGING PROVIDED IN GORGEOUS WAKEFIELD AS PART OF COMPENSATION PLUS ACCESS TO A CAR IF NEEDED

28 HOURS PER WEEK (average) OVER 5 DAYS/WEEK. Possibity of more from June to October (35 hours per week). Two days off during the week or Sunday off and a week day off (coordinated with another staff)

You will be a live on site employee. We provide an apartment (wifi, parking, Netflix, utilities, furnushing included). Access to a large living area with fireplace beside your bachelor appartment. Value of provided lodging $ 14 000/year

This is to compensate being on or near the inn 5 days a week, for extremely occasional needs after 7 pm (example: Fire alarm to reset
- Guest request by text).

Compensation
- Lodging in comfortable and all inclusive of furnishing, utilities, parking, Netflix, furnishing
- The balance of the pay is

Low season : 28 hours/week times $ 24 per hour= $ 672 per week

High season (JUNE TO OCTOBER) : 35 hours/week times $ 24 per hour= $ 840 per week

( example: Growing the cliental of groups coming for meetings and staying at the inn) and advertising. A percentage of new income would be considered if you enjoy excecuting a plan to grow the business (based on increase in percentage occupancy).
- Commissions on work you do on special events such as corporate meetings above and beyond wages we pay.
- 2 weeks paid holidays (You may take more) the first year, starting after 4 months.
- A few free nights in our luxury suites for close family.
- A week at our cottage in Gracefield

We provide training. This job can become permanent with extra benefits past a probation period

Bulk of work: Perform physical work (physical efforst needed) such as cleaning room to high standards, blowing snow, sanding on ice, move garden furniture, yard maintenance, maintaining hot tubs, clean common areas, small repairs, looking after simple maintenance on heating, ventilation system, water system.
- Run a front desk at check in time
- Interract with guests
- Take phone and computer reservations (after a while and if inclined to good communication)
- Greet guests
- Occasionaly (optional) prepare simple breakfasts/meals or coordinate wioth caterer. Assist with group events
- You must be willing to learn, work in a team and be timely as guests have high expectations.
