Accounts and Finance Specialist

**Essential Job Functions**:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- ADP payroll process
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain records of accounts receivable.
- Manage accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Track and categorize expenses and assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Monitor the cost of goods sold and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Calculate commissions.
- Work with collection agency
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Perform financial analysis and support other financial projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in processing payroll
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
