Commissioning and Lease Retention Clerk

Toronto, Canada GRAND TOURING AUTOMOBILES Full time

Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning and Lease Retention Clerk to join our Jaguar Land Rover Team. As a Commissioning and Lease Retention Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate commission calculations and maintaining lease records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lease Portfolio Communication
- Administering the lease portfolio with sales team.
- Monitoring and updating the portfolio
- Commissioning new and pre-owned deals
- Scheduling and performing lease buyouts, lease returns, and extensions
- Monitoring lease repurchase volumes
- A variety of sales administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous Experience in Automotive Leasing and Admin is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive Leasing: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
