**The Cat Clinic** and
**Village Cat Clinic** are extraordinary veterinary practices dedicated to feline patients and are currently looking for full-time and part-time Associate DVMs to join our team. Our practices have established themselves as a haven of excellence, offering a stress-free and cat-centric environment.

We offer a 3 and 4-day work week with 3 weeks’ vacation to start. We are pleased to offer a production-salary compensation model that includes $50 to $60 per hour, plus production pay of 15% to 18%, commensurate on experience. Additionally, we offer industry leading Health/Dental benefits, uniform allowance, CE allowance, memberships that include VIN, PLUM, AFVP, in-clinic discounts, and more.

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in feline medicine, while surrounded by a tight-knit and experienced group of professionals who provide an array of services including, dental care, behavior counselling, diagnostic testing, digital radiology, ultrasound, and surgical services.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to and empathizing with their concerns.- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.- Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.- Maintains client/patient medical/surgical records and makes certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols.- Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.- Presents a positive image of the hospital to the professional community and to the public.

**Skills and Basic Qualifications**- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.- Licensure in good standing to practice in Ontario.- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
