Job Title: Clinic Assistant

Location: Huron Foot Clinic

Job type: Full-time 4 days (Mon-Thursday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinical assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the healthcare professionals, maintaining cleanliness, organizing clinical inventory, and patient satisfaction within the clinic.

Hours: 8:30 am
- 5:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
- Assist patients with paperwork, updating patient information.
- Helping maintain medical records.
- Cleaning examination rooms in-between appointments and ensure rooms are stocked and organized for every interaction.
- Clean and sterilize medical tools and equipment throughout the day.
- Covering for office staff lunches and breaks
- Occasionally answering phone calls when covering for office staff
- General office duties such as filing, scanning,

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Experience in a high pace environment
- Maintain an entire day physically on your feet (very little sitting down)
- Attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable speaking and assisting patients of all ages and backgrounds with kindness and compassion

Wages: To be determined

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goderich, ON N7A 2K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
