Server Assistant

XXI Chophouse is seeking a talented and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing our guests with exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a part-time position to start.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure that guests receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Server/Bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 25 years of age
