Respond to tenant service request (work orders) in a time manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by obtaining direct feedback. Close work orders upon completion of the task.
Perform Preventing Maintenance Routines (PMR) in tenant spaces, common area, washrooms, kitchens, gym, change rooms.
Assist Building Operators (BET’s) in any help I am able to do inside and outside.
Maintain an optimum the Data Center (computer room), free dust on floor and garbage.
Leaking identification and repair in Toilets, faucets and urinals, and valves.
Installations of toiles, urinals flashometers, sensors, dispensers.
Unclogged pipes in cafeteria Kitchen and washrooms (plumbing snaking).
Identification and walls repairs (Drywall).
Painting walls and Doors.
Repair or installations of floor tiles (vinyl) or/and base borders
Installations of carpets in different areas, or Steam cleaning.
Steam cleaning chair and sofas.
Cleaning with machines hallways, and around the building.
Wetback in cases of leaking.
Pick up Electronic waste and old batteries and storage
Cleaning Windows around the building on the main floor.
Power wash around the building and outside the loading dock.
Ceiling tiles installation for Water damage, condensation or damages causes for others reasons
Vacuum ceilings tiles around vents
Installation or repair locks, doors closers and adjust doors.
Programing of new access codes in electronic and pushbutton locks.
Report damages to property manager for possible contractors repairs.
Escorting contractors follow guidelines of health and safety for tenants and feedbacks of the job completed to Property manager.
Troubleshooting or adjust parking gates and report to Property Manager, security and Building operators (BET’s).
Troubleshooting and cleaning escalators (report to security for possible contractor repair).
Repair desks, locks cabinets and troubleshooting electronic desks.
Adjust or install monitor arms.
Installations of lights, bulbs and tubes in common and tenant’s areas.
Troubleshooting deficiencies of lighting and lights sensors and ballast, and report to building operators for repair.
Troubleshooting microwaves and replace, store / discard.
Clean ceiling lights around de building and canopies on the North and South entrances.
Repair concrete and pavement damages around the building.
Complete work orders of Set up meeting rooms and evets in cafeteria.
Complete work orders for move furniture, Shedding papers cabinets.
Lands keeping free of weeds under cooling Towers and Generator (North).
Remove branches trees.
Clean drain under stairs on the South side.
Installations or re-glue bird spikes around the building.
Operation of compactor machine and tie cardboard for delivery.
Cover duties in cases of absences of cleaner.
Collection of Garbage and cleaning in kitchens.
Remove snow by snow blower or shovel, break ice and salt, pathways to TTC (south Side), Parking lot (North) and stairs (N, S, West), VIP parking lots (N), and handicap parking (S).
Report amount of salt in containers around the building to Security.
