Stage d'été, Affaires médicales et scientifiques

**Dans ce rôle, vos projets consisteraient à**:
Assurer l’amélioration constante du Centre d’excellence médicale sur le terrain.
Mises à jour et ajouts d’informations, puisque ressources mondiales des Affaires médicales est en pleine évolution et nous enverra davantage de documents et d’outils en 2023.
Organisation de Smart Plans, de formations thérapeutiques, de formations de l’académie d’agents de liaison médicale et scientifique conformément aux directives mondiales.
Promouvoir un nouveau processus et de nouveaux outils de formation médicale ainsi que la création de réseaux avec le Centre d’excellence médicale sur le terrain.
Soutenir notre équipe d’affaires médicales pour gérer les processus clés au sein des affaires médicales afin de viser l'excellence opérationnelle, tels que les processus, la planification, la surveillance, le suivi, les rapports et l'alliance de projet.
Soutenir l'exaction des projets numériques en visualisant, suivant et analysant les données des plateformes
Contribuer aux activités du conseiller médical telles que la préparation du conseil consultatif, l'apport scientifique pour les demandes de remboursement, etc.
Mettre à jour les outils de travail et le matériel de formation pour les processus internes.
Fournir du soutien général et administratif pour le pour le département et la gestion des fournisseurs.
Possibilité d'observation au poste de travail sur le terrain.
Mettre à jour les ressources médicales sur les indications assignées avec les approbations à venir, les publications actuelles et les lignes directrices canadiennes sur les traitements.
Participer aux activités de planification d’avant conférence.
Effectuer des recherches et rédiger des rapports sur la veille concurrentielle (au besoin).
Mettre à jour les diapositives médicales sur les indications assignées avec les publications actuelles et les lignes directrices canadiennes sur les traitements.

Compétences requises

Capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l'équipe et les équipes interfonctionnelles.
Capacité de travailler de façon autonome, avec peu de supervision.
Capacité d’apprendre et d’appliquer rapidement ses nouvelles connaissances.
Connaissances en informatique (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) et l'analyse des données
Excellentes aptitudes en communication (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit).
Une expérience de travail antérieure et/ou la participation à une association étudiante est considérée comme un atout.

**Compétences supplémentaires**:
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Être étudiant(e) à temps plein dans une université reconnue
Doit être disponible pendant toute la durée du stage d’étudiant(e) d’été (mai à août 2023).
