**Responsibilities**

: Lead, train, and motivate a team of auto detailers to achieve performance goals and maintain service quality.

Ensure all customers receive excellent service and address any issues or complaints promptly.

: Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure standards are met and provide feedback to staff.

: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.

Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.

: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

: Maintain accurate records of services provided, inventory used, and staff performance.

**Qualifications**

: Minimum of 4 years of experience in auto detailing and at least 2 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using detailing equipment and products.

: Strong understanding of auto detailing techniques, products, and industry trends.

: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
