Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and customer service are met. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and quality standards
- Oversee food handling and storage practices to maintain safety and sanitation regulations
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new kitchen staff members

Nous recherchons un superviseur de cuisine hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que superviseur de cuisine, vous serez responsable de superviser les opérations quotidiennes de notre cuisine, en veillant à ce que les normes les plus élevées de préparation des aliments et de service à la clientèle soient respectées. Responsabilités:

- Superviser et coordonner le personnel de cuisine, y compris l'attribution des tâches et le suivi des performances
- Veiller à ce que les aliments soient préparés et cuits selon les recettes et les normes de qualité
- Surveiller les pratiques de manipulation et de stockage des aliments pour respecter les réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'hygiène
- Former les nouveaux membres du personnel de cuisine aux techniques et procédures de préparation des aliments
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et passer des commandes d'ingrédients et de fournitures au besoin
- Collaborer avec la direction pour développer de nouveaux plats et des offres spéciales
- Maintenir un environnement de cuisine propre et organisé
- Gérer les demandes, les préoccupations et les plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle
- Aider à l'entrevue, à l'embauche et à la formation de nouveaux membres du personnel de cuisine

Exigences:

- Doit parler anglais et français
- Excellentes compétences en leadership avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer une équipe
- Capacités exceptionnelles d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Grande attention aux détails et engagement envers la qualité
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en gardant son calme sous pression
- Doit avoir une expérience antérieure en gestion
