**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the detailed planning of the activities and process of the assigned deliverables, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, budgets, deadlines and project timelines;
- Manage the teams and develop their skills;
- Monitor the progress of work and budgets;
- Ensure optimal use of resources, identify actions to be taken as needed;
- Collaborate with the various players to redirect or optimize the delivery strategy as needed;
- Use, in an efficient manner, the practices, methodologies and project management tools of his/her sector and produce management and follow-up information;
- Reporting to the project manager;
- Manage change requests;
- Manage the quality and approval of deliverables;
- Develop proposals and service offers;
- Manage risks and problematic situations

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering), Administration (Organizational Information System [OIS] or Operations Logistics option) or other relevant field;
- Have worked as a project manager for multidisciplinary teams in at least two (2) large-scale projects (more than 2,000 person-days) in the context of development or improvement mandates in a large organization, involving the participation of internal and external resources from different sources;
- Experience in coordination roles within an agile development methodology framework such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD or SAFE;
- Have been a Scrum Master in at least two (2) engagements using agile development approaches in at least one (1) project of 1,000 d-p and above;
- Have knowledge of Azure DevOps or another source management tool with similar functionality (examples TFS, GIT).
