Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work in an environment that promotes respect and leadership.

Your main challenges:

- Support Investment Advisors in providing superior customer service and be available to meet client requests
- Ensure effective communication between all parties (clients, advisors, internal and external agents)

Specifically, you will:

- Participate in activities to support Investment Advisors in their business development.
- Execute unsolicited transactions, buying and selling of securities and transaction adjustments, if applicable.
- Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and currency conversions for all investment accounts and ensure a rigorous follow-up.
- Analyze, open and update client files.
- Generate portfolio management reports.
- Implement efficient procedures for the administration of client files.
- Manage the advisors’ schedule, book appointments and prepare for client meetings.
- Provide clients with information on tax slips and other documents.
- Carry out all other related tasks.
- Strong personal and business ethics

- Strong team player

- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn and improve processes is essential.
- University Graduate
- IIROC Licensed or to complete Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course within six months
- Interest or experience in insurance would be an asset
