**Compensation**:
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating real estate transactions, including conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the process.
- Liaising with banks, mortgage brokers, and other financial institutions to process mortgage documents and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, clarifying legal procedures, and guiding clients through the conveyancing process.
- Collaborating with real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient property transfers.
- Front-end reception.
- Uploading brokerages agent’s listings.
- Ensuring all documents pertaining to the closing or intact and ready for processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant education or certification in real estate, conveyancing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and conveyancing procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software, document management systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
