Responsibilities:_
- _Greet patients, answer phone calls and schedule appointments_
- _Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained_
- _Ensure waiting room is clean and presentable_
- _Manage inventory of retail products_
- _Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints and answer questions_
- _Assist with administrative tasks_
- _Communicate effectively with clinic staff_
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB T6G 1C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
