We pride ourselves on our professionalism, dedication, and commitment to providing our clients with the best service for all of their residential and commercial landscaping needs. **Seal-It Group** has 2 divisions; the Design & Build (Landscape Construction) Division and the Sealing & Restoration Division.

We are looking to add a Hardscape/Landscape Foreman/woman to our team.

**Foreman/woman Responsibilities**:
The primary objective in this role is to lead a landscape construction crew of 2 to 3 crew members, focusing on the installation of landscaping (hardscape and softscape) projects, including natural stone, interlocking pavers, armour stone, decks, fences and softscape projects including backyard patios, walkways, driveways, etc

**Foreman Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, including knowledge and experience with landscape construction and landscape installation such as interlocking, natural stone, excavation, grading, laying stone, cutting, planting; experience with machine operation including skid steers, excavators, concrete saws, compactors
- You’re a passionate team player
- You have a passion for the outdoors, as well as all aspects of landscape design and construction, from planning and designing to installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various projects
- Equipment operating experience including skid steer, mini excavator, dump buggies, saws, compactors etc
- G Drivers License, with Clean record upon request; experience driving Pickup truck and trailer
- Ability to regularly take on physically demanding tasks such as lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis throughout the day, as well as be in prolonged positions of standing, walking, kneeling
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner and ability to work under pressure with tights deadlines and mínimal supervision
- Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget according to job-specific deadlines
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Ensures personal protective equipment is compliant and utilized as required by industry and company standards
- Ensures that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to;
- Participates in all safety training sessions and/or briefings offered, asks questions, and seeks opportunities to report and manage risks associated with tools & equipment, job sites and installation methods;
- Motivated, self-driven individual with high attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintains a safe and clean and safe job site at all times
- Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day
- Reliable transportation (preferably own vehicle) to be able to get to different job sites on time each day

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Hardscape/Landscape Foreman/woman: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence with a clean driving abstract (required)
