We are seeking a talented and skilled Photo Retoucher to join our creative team. As a Photo Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and editing product images to create visually appealing and high-quality visuals for our various marketing materials, e-commerce platforms, and website. Your attention to detail, creative flair, and proficiency in photo editing software will play a crucial role in presenting our products in the best possible light. Additionally, you will be involved in video shooting and filming to create captivating multimedia content for our products and will also assist in editing product descriptions on our website.

**Responsibilities**:

- Photo Retouching:
Perform photo retouching tasks, including color correction, image manipulation, background removal, and enhancement, to ensure product images are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

Utilize photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, to enhance product images while maintaining the natural look of the product. Crop and resize images to fit various marketing platforms, including social media, online advertisements, and website banners.

Maintain consistency and brand guidelines while retouching images to ensure a cohesive visual presentation.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in photo retouching to continuously improve and innovate the retouching process.
- Video Shooting and Filming:
Plan and execute video shooting and filming for product promotion and marketing campaigns.

Use video equipment and accessories to capture high-quality footage that showcases the products effectively.

Ensure proper lighting, angles, and composition during video shooting to achieve the desired visual impact.

Perform video post-production tasks, including video editing, adding graphic elements, and color grading. Maintain video equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Product Description Editing:
Collaborate with the team to edit and optimize product descriptions on the website to enhance the user experience and drive sales.

Ensure product descriptions are clear, concise, and appealing, highlighting key features and benefits.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in photo editing software, especially Adobe Photoshop, with a strong understanding of color correction and image manipulation techniques.

Experience in video shooting and filming, with a keen eye for capturing compelling footage. Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and creative flair to ensure high-quality photo retouching and video content.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the product team, marketing team, and other stakeholders.

**Experiences**:
More than two years or more of proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or advertising environment.

A bachelor's or higher Degree in photography, visual arts, digital media, or other related fields would be considered an asset.

Demonstrated experience in video shooting and filming, preferably in product promotion or marketing campaigns.

Experience in video editing is an advantage.

Previous experience in editing product descriptions for websites is preferred.

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in photo retouching and multimedia content creation.

Mandarin is a must-have skill.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
