Helical/screw Pile Labourer/swamper

We are looking for a few good hands. We have been in the screw piling industry for +15 years servicing the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Energy and Renewable markets. We are seeking versatile helical pile operators with the following skills, interests and experience.

Labourer/Swamper
- 1yr construction experience
- Active learning and able to take direction and able to read the play
- Experienced securing machinery and equipment to trailers
- Experience with setting up and using torches, grinders, bevellers etc.
- Experience with skid steer operations and attachment connections
- Experience with hitching up trailers
- Familiar with Laser Levels & Levels
- Participate in the daily equipment maintenance and cleaning (greasing, visual inspections, shoveling tracks, etc.)

- Interpersonal communication skills interacting clients and others
- Ability to teach, guide and work in a team or independently
- Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
- Complete daily paperwork FLHA’s etc
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Valid CSTS -09 or CSTS-20
- Valid First Aid
- Valid Ground Disturbance Level 2 (operators only)
- Valid Class 5 Licence
- Varying shifts
- Ability to work out of town
- Schedule based on project requirements

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
