Production Supervisor

**Your Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the leadership, supervision and engagement of team members in order to safely meet quality standards and production objectives.
- Actively track objectives to achieve the daily and weekly production, quality and on-time delivery objectives.
- Communicate effectively to ensure team members are informed of their responsibilities.
- In collaboration with other members of the supervisory team, be responsible for workforce planning and time management.
- Continuously develop the high-performing, versatile and skilled team members.
- Participate in meetings related to production, quality and health and safety at work.
- Compile, analyse and publish daily, weekly, and monthly statistics on project status and on-time delivery performance.
- Lead by example the health and safety initiatives.
- Support the introduction of new products.
- Identify improvements to be made to processes.

**Education + Experience Required**
- College diploma in industrial engineering, Electronics, Operations Management and/or in a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in an Assembly/Production environment.

**Qualifications + Skills Required**
- Assembly Line and/or Production experience.
- Results oriented and dedicated to continuous process improvement.
- Be able to manage several tasks at once;
- Ability to promote teamwork and employee accountability in a context of constant and rapid change;
- Be able to motivate employees and engage them in achieving a common goal;
- Posses excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Knowledge of Windows environment.
- Essential bilingualism (French and English spoken and written), because the position holder will be required to interact daily with international colleagues, clients and partners who do not speak French.
- Supervisory skillset in order to motivate and direct assembly staff to fulfil schedule requirements to meet customer needs.
