**Job Summary**

**Program Support**:

- Support out of school service activities at all sites, working closely with program coordinators to ensure smooth program delivery. (Eg, Meal programs, Afterschool drop-in, sports sites)
- Have a working knowledge of program functionality and be able to lead or operate any particular element of the program as needed. (Eg, Snack prep, activities, family time )
- Monitor program activities and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

**Operating Systems**:

- Help Maintain accurate records/reports of program attendance, progress, incidents, and other relevant data.
- Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, achievements, and challenges.
- Have a working knowledge of important systems for program functionality( Eg, check in/membership process, start up and shutdown, phone systems)

**Connecting with Youth**:

- Be a part of creating a safe environment for students in our programs through supervision and personal connections
- Help maintain accurate records for incidents.
- Collaborate with and assist volunteers in delivery of programming.
- Be an active participant in Youth One’s culture.

**Demonstrated Qualities**:

- Passion and skill for working with Youth
- Pursues and lives a holistically healthy lifestyle (Mentally, Physically, Spiritually and Emotionally)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Alberta Family Wellness Brain Story (preferred)
