Halifax, Canada Urban Retreat Massage Therapy Ltd Full time

Looking for a part time receptionist for Tuesday & Wednesday evenings 5-8:30pm.

Established massage therapy clinic in downtown location with a friendly and relaxed work environment. We were recently recognized as being one of the top 3 massage therapy clinics in Halifax by Three Best Rated.

Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience and have the ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service.

Previous experience with direct billing insurance is an asset but training will be provided.

Duties include:
Direct billing third party insurance companies.

Booking/rescheduling/canceling appointments

Greeting all clients

General cleaning

Answering phone calls and booking massage therapy treatments

Closing duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All clients and staff are provided with medical grade masks and must wear them during operation.
We have installed plexiglass barriers and provide ppe for all staff.
