Dental Receptionist

**Role**: Receptionist
**Schedule**: Full time (Mon-Fri)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure they are up-to-date
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with patient flow and ensure the waiting area is tidy
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental services

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in a dental or medical setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ClearDent software is an asset
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
